Our corporate capacity includes grassroots community organizing to advance the public policy interests of our clients, political campaign consulting, media relations, and video production services that support our clients’ communication needs.
President and CEO Tommy Ross previously served as corporate Vice President, Public Affairs at Southern California Edison. He oversaw the Sacramento Public Affairs office and managed a team of lobbyists, analysts, administrative staff, and consultants to represent the company’s interest in the State Legislature, Governor’s Office and Executive Branch of state government. He served as lead on policy proposals affecting general corporate issues, renewable energy, alternative fuel vehicles, and regulatory issues. Ross has also served as an advisor to various political committees and founded the California African American Political Action Committee.
Ross also founded and served as Chairman of the Board/President for eight years of the Research and Policy Institute of California, a Sacramento-based public policy non-profit organization that provided leadership training, research, and assisted public policy makers in formulating proposals specific to the African American community.
In the Spring of 2009, he was invited to join and served until Fall of 2012 on the Board of Directors of Premier Power Renewable Energy, an international solar company. He served as Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
Ross ventured into the world of entertainment 2005 and has served as Executive Producer of two feature length films, “American Hormones” and “Church: The Movie”. He is currently Managing Partner of the film production company Pinnacle Films, LLC and is a former member of the California Film Commission .
